  • Animals are strictly prohibited (we have peacocks roaming the grounds). Any guests arriving with animals will result in the cancellation of their booking and will be asked to leave the property.
  • No Hen or Stag parties
  • No Smoking within the properties
  • No electric vehicle charging is permitted - A list of charging locations can be provided upon request.
  • Only those people included in the booking are permitted to stay in the Gite and be within the grounds of the property, including use of the swimming pool.
  • All guests under 18 years old must be supervised at all times by an adult when in or around the pool area - a full list of the pool rules is included in the guest information pack
